Set your distance to your ability. If you are a first time runner, 5k is a good milestone to work towards. Maybe you’d like to rack up those miles in steps and walk the distance? Maybe you’d prefer to cycle or swim it? You could even take part in a sponsored family walk . Whatever you do – make your distance count!
