While raising vital funds, you’ll be getting fitter! And if that wasn't enough, your support will help to create new support groups, train telephone befrienders, and ensure access to a support line advisor and helpful information so that more people feel connected, supported and able to face the many challenges that life with PF will bring

You can complete this virtual challenge in a way that suits you and at your own pace. Do a different number of squats each day to clock up the numbers. Or complete a set amount each day, with some rest days in the mix too. It’s up to you!
