A series of wellbeing taster sessions to enjoy between 22 February 2021 and 1 March 2021.
We understand that lockdown and continued shielding has taken its toll. That’s why we’re running some taster sessions to have fun, boost mood and enjoy learning something new. The sessions will take place on zoom between 2-3pm:
Mon 22 February 2021 - Singing for Breathing - have fun and discover more about how singing can aid wellbeing.
Wed 24 February 2021 - Hobbies for Health – new hobbies to enjoy, from bonsai to knitting.
Mon 1 March 2021 - Pets for Wellbeing – there’s nothing like a furry pooch to boost your mood! Bring your pets along and if you don’t have a pooch to bring, come along anyway and enjoy the fun. Our guest speaker Chris McLean will be sharing her experiences of how her dogs are used for therapy within retirement homes and also how they are helping rehabilitate young offenders.
