Today, Action for Pulmonary Fibrosis (APF) is calling on individuals, families, and caregivers to share their valuable insights on the UK’s PF services through a new national survey.
The 2025 ‘Pulmonary Fibrosis State of the Nation’ survey launched today, and is available to complete online, over the telephone or via freepost return of the paper version. This is your chance to contribute your feedback to help transform the future care for the PF community.
If you’re living with PF, caring for someone who is, or grieving a loved one lost to this devastating disease, you play a key role in driving urgent improvements. Each response is a powerful tool in the call for better care, faster diagnosis, and ensuring the level of support those living with PF deserve.
“Your voice is more than data. It’s a force for change.” - Bradley Price, Director of Policy, Research and Involvement at APF. “By bringing together experiences from all over the UK, we can transform the future of care for everyone affected by PF.”
“I didn’t realise what I had to offer until I got involved... we [people with lived experience of PF] are a key part of the solution” – Ronnie, living with IPF.
The online survey will remain open until Midnight on 30th June 2025. If you are completing a paper version via freepost return, please aim to post this to the address on the form by 30th June as surveys received after 14th July cannot be included. We send our sincere thanks to all who complete and share this survey to help collect vital information!
