My name is Nicole, I’m 22 and I’m from Scotland. I am currently taking part in the Step-Up challenge in memory of my Dad, Tony who we sadly lost to IPF in 2016.
A huge well done to Nicole who is taking part in our Step Up Challenge throughout March. In just over two weeks she has raised £1116 in memory of her Dad...
"When my Dad passed away we found out about Action for Pulmonary Fibrosis and since then I knew I wanted to find a way to raise money for them, to try and help other people who are currently living with IPF or to help families who have also lost someone."

"A few weeks ago I was scrolling through Facebook and came across a post from APF about their step challenge, and I knew this would be a great way to try and raise money for them, so I signed up there and then.
My dad was 54 when we lost him so I pledged to walk 54 miles, 1 mile for each year of his life.
We miss my dad so much and he was such an amazing man who always did everything to help other people, so I hope by raising money for this wonderful charity I can follow in his footsteps and help as many people as possible. 😊"
