Who is it for?

This group aims to provide a forum for anyone with PF who has had a transplant or is waiting to have one. We meet online and offer an opportunity to share experience, mutual support, and engage with interesting speakers.

Who runs the group?

The group is run by APF Trustee, Steve Jones (pictured below), who had a lung transplant for Pulmonary Fibrosis a few years ago and understands the many challenges facing anyone who is waiting for or recovering from a transplant, and family or friends supporting them, from the demanding preparations for surgery to ensuring a good recovery.

How do I join?

The group would be delighted to welcome new members! Contact Steve Jones for further details and the Zoom links: Please send your email to or contact him at 07887 854940
