Improving PF Care

We're very excited to share that there is a new opportunity to add your voice to the call for transformational change in PF services across the UK.

The 2025 PF State of the Nation Survey will collect the information we urgently need to progress towards making optimum PR care a reality.

With your input, we can prove that those living with PF need change, and need it now. This survey should take just 10-15minutes, and each response will add power to the call for decision-makers to prioritise the improvement of PF care across the UK.

Thanks to your feedback - the Optimum Integrated Care Pathway for ILD Services in England!

You spoke, we listened. Together we demand change. Last year over 1,000 people affected by PF responded to our survey. The feedback, shared in our 'I wish it was Cancer' report, clearly showed that urgent action is needed.

We're taking a stand to make sure that everyone with PF in the UK gets faster diagnosis, better access to treatment, and the support they deserve, no matter where they live.
We're taking action to overcome the challenges of delayed diagnosis, poor communication, and barriers to essential services.
We're reshaping ILD services to meet the true needs of those impacted by PF.
