Watford Pulmonary Fibrosis Support and Connect - Coming soon!

Keeping well this winter
During the colder months, there might be a higher risk of catching coughs and colds when meeting face-to-face. If you're concerned about this, please contact the group organiser for information about how group members are keeping in touch, and how the group manages infection risk.

Read more about managing pulmonary fibrosis in cold weather.

The Pulmonary Fibrosis Support and Connect session offers a welcoming space for people living with pulmonary fibrosis and their loved ones. Its main purpose is to provide friendly support, share helpful tips, and create opportunities to learn more about living well with the condition. The group helps reduce feelings of isolation by bringing people together, encouraging conversation, and sharing experiences in a relaxed and supportive setting.

All participants must complete a one-to-one initial assessment before joining the group to confirm suitability and ensure safe participation in the sessions
